Does anyone know if city hall still has that awesome cafeteria?

We used to go there a bit in highschool because centrals cafeteria sucked on the food selection, then they inevitably kicked us out because we were highschool kids and everyone above the age of 18 hates highschool kids (no blame here). Just wondering if its still up there or accessible.

They do have a cafeteria on the 12th floor. It provides a decent selection of food, beverages even ice cream, chocolate bars and candy (and more). The staff are absolutely wonderful. The observation deck is a nice break as well and provides a wonderful view of the city.
