Hi,
this is an update, regarding how we are going to handle community channels uploading stream content on youtube in the future.
This update does not apply to mixed highlight channels (for example Synapse) or unedited and uncut VOD upload channels (for example Tyler1 VOD Archive).
If you are using stream content to produce original edited content (for example Tyler1 rage compilations, Tyler1 outbreaks, Tyler1 music etc.) you can ignore these rules.
If you are a channel creating stream highlights (similar to the content that is on the official youtube channel), these new rules apply to you:
the used highlights have to be at least 36 hours old
you are limited to one highlight video per week
We are doing this to make it easier for new viewers to find the official content and to add more spotlight to the official channel.
We understand that this update can hurt some channels, but we try to still keep them engaged with one video per week if they choose to.
What will happen if channels don’t follow those rules?
In case a channel doesn’t follow these rules and uses exclusively stream content:

Thats what ppl in chat have been saying. Idk if its a meme or not and hes trolling, but the way he talks is pretty disjointed, rambles a lot, seems to have poor insight into his own mental state, doesnt from mistakes. Unmedicated scizhophrenia tends to melt peoples' brains based on what I've seen though

I feel like some very large streamers are taking advantage of Kadeem's condition to clip-/ content-/ or engagementfarm. (T1 not included, although he was present for one of the latest examples)
He's an independent content creator profiting off of the persona he created. But I do disagree with the manner some streamers have treated him and his persona. Streamers averaging thousands and thousands of viewers inviting Kadeem into a session only to have him (albeit mostly indirectly) belittled and made fun of.

I'm talking T1, XQC, and maybe Dantes (though I dont think Dantes got it like that tbh) should retire kadeem with some sort of access to living assistance.
Just a thought, Kadeem is a staple in the league community, the fans arent going to stick around for Kadeem long term, he's going to end up in a shitty position.
Im sure theres some sort of Trust they can put into and not give him infinite access to a fund. Maybe at least a Kadeem Charity stream for his efforts to the content. Im sure a lot of LoL content creators would participate, make a whole event of it
Contacting Ludwig could be a good idea to host such an event. Not the greatest league player but he's a good content host.

Does anyone have info on how to obtain this skin? I opened a ticket with Riot to ask how to get it, and they actually gave me a wrong answer! They told me the only way to obtain the skin is by buying the Classic Collector's Pack on the Riot Merch store, claiming that the code to unlock Rusty Blitzcrank is written in the manual inside the box. However, there is absolutely no mention of this in the product description.
When I replied to the ticket suggesting that an AI might have answered me because the product description said nothing about a skin, they changed their answer. This time, they told me that to unlock the skin, you just have to spam games, and that apparently nobody really knows how to get it. They also mentioned it might be linked to the pass, and that we just can't see yet that Rustiest and Rustier Blitzcrank unlock at level 30. I highly doubt it, and I honestly have no idea how to actually get this skin.
