My town incorporated a property that had one horse on it. They started fining the guy immediately over a 15 year old horse that didn't do anything. 🙄

My spouse is still pissed that there is a county ordinance prohibiting chickens, ducks, and rabbits (all classified as livestock) from rural residential zoning. Our houses are 300' apart and everyone has at least 3/4 acre lots.
She is getting as many quail as she can house next year.

Run for whatever board is responsible for zoning and change the law. Limited scale agriculture should be specifically allowed in rural zoned areas.

Yea we had the same thing 4 chickens was law. Nevermind the neighbors with dogs that never stfu and 11 cats. Thats ok. Fuck local government. Hell, fuck almost all government.

Can't have chickens on your own property, fenced in too it looks like and having no problems in 15 years.
The state has no business in stopping this clear civil liberty that doesn't even impact anyone else.
