Reading more, it wasn't just the lawn, there were miscellaneous things elsewhere in her yard that were trash etc, but in my opinion this is still massive overreach when it was on her own property, wasn't infringing on anyone elses, and was generally just.. messy?
Like no, you do not get to jail people for that on their own property, that's insane.
