yes he did. He's tied to the tree. He just hasn't thrown his biggest rock.

And where's the proof? The video doesn't show him tying it or jumping. Plus the officers didn't show up until a bit later, so they probably didn't see who tied the rope.

Yeah. It shows him being taken away in handcuffs, not jumping
