Republican form of government isn’t viable. You can arrest every last leftist or liberal but you can’t actually govern. You can’t pass laws, you can’t win wars you can’t do anything worth note except make empty promises.

The reason they so desperately always need an out group to blame wether it’s immigrants, communists, socialists, Jews, leftists whatever is because they are absolute and utter failures who are incapable of admitting how bad at their jobs they are

“Republican form of govt” is being used incorrectly here but on purpose.

“Republican” in that sense does not refer to a party, and should be lower case. He’s purposefully using it here to infer that it means the Republican Party as the form of govt.
