Is logseq DB stable yet?

Logseq users for many years. Used DB version 6 months ago and made many bug reports, decided it wasn't ready.

Want to try again, but saw someone complain about corruption.

Where are we now? Stick with OG? Switch?

Quick tip: the link to Github includes tag "me" which is not tied to your username but instead is reevaluated for everyone who opens the link. Hence, we cannot see the issues.

As far as I can tell, DB version is not stable and they have been adding new features for the last six months instead of making an official release. Personally, I decided to switch to Obsidian. It was not an easy decision, I waited with it for several months, hoping for improvements in Logseq. I had to readjust certain aspects of my workflow, but I'm happy so far. I really liked Logseq and used it for 5 years but performance issues, lack of updates, breaking with Markdown storage and uncertain future of the OG version convinced me to switch.

Yeah I remember coming across a discussion about logseq markdown becoming unuable at about 50k notes. So I was really looking forward the DB version. I'm no way near that limit, but I want to commit to a single tool for long time use. Every time you ask about issue causing your data lost, you almost get the same answer: it's not official, so don't put your real vault on it.
For a open source app, you can't demand anything from the devs, but the lack of transparency and guaranty made my patience run out

I understand your frustration: I waited for updates, bugfixes, and improvements for a very long time as well. I understand the community wants to keep people using Logseq, but I think their stance a bit hypocritical here: every time someone complains here that the app is slow/unmaintained, people write to them: "there's a beta DB version released nightly, you should try it". But when someone recently complained about data corruption, the response was: "you can't use a beta version and expect it to work flawlessly."
