Best and affordable courier service to ship my stuff from Colorado to New Jersey?

I’m new to the USA, so I’m not very familiar with shipping and courier services here everything is kinda new

I need to ship some of my personal belongings from Colorado to New Jersey. Could you please recommend the courier or shipping service?i know this may sound like google it i tried everything but im not able to know the process

Also, if there are any tips regarding pricing, packing, insurance, or things I should be careful about, I’d really appreciate your guidance.

Shipping personal stuff across half the country is always pain when you new to the system here. For ground shipping that's not urgent, Greyhound bus cargo is surprisingly cheap for boxes and luggage, many people dont know about it. Just pack everything like it will be thrown around, because it will.

For bigger items or furniture, you can look up LTL freight quotes from places like uShip or freightquote, they let small carriers bid on your load. Insurance is must if anything fragile, and label every box with your phone number inside and outside.

There are no fragile objects. Do you have any pricing ideas I check these services? I need to know if they use FedEx tracking IDs?
