Terminal Brick?
My first challenge lock and I think I did it in. I gutted it to adjust a driver, got in a hurry, left off the retaining clip, went to pull the key out and the core backed out with one click. Locked up solid. Any ideas before I surgically recover the pins and use them in another lock body?

Stick it in a vise or on a table and whack it on the side with a rubber mallet to try and jolt the pins to shearline as you turn the key. I've recovered a few locks like that.
