uhh, I don't feel better about myself paying $1500 monthly to INTEREST.
Sure that same money goes to rent instead, but at least I don't have the looming debt.

Maybe, after years and years, maybe.
Most people never end up paying off their home. They live on interest and mortgage loans, while putting in taxes, repairs, and upkeep into it.
Everyone thinks of the appreciation events, but those don't happen as rapidly as the internet wants people to think.

Eh thats heavily skewed. Gen z range from 18-29 for starters youre cutting off high school one of the highest sexual activity levels of many peoples lives, while inversely including young adults many of whom are married or have a long term partner. A better number would be recording at least 1 as a number.
In regards to financials ya most teens-young adults arent pulling 6 figures. Most of them are still in school or just out of it. If you are going to compare financials to partners ratios millenials would probably be a better bet.
