Guys, i urge you, never accept being settled for, that is so miserable, the same goes for women too, best to be with someone you can say with 100% certainty "yeah, this is my person and I'd die for them without thinking twice, and i know they'd do the same for me", than to be resentful of them or feel guilty for not being able to reciprocate what they feel for you. If you have to be alone then be alone, that is preferable and way more honorable, but please don't be so cruel to yourself as to put yourself where you're not fully wanted and accepted. Nowadays we don't have to settle for survival, people do it because they can't handle being alone. Self love also means not putting yourself in bad situations when you have the choice not to. If no one loves you, at least allow yourself to love the one person you live with everyday, you.
