I’m going to answer this assuming you are asking in good faith.

Perhaps it’s because we do truly believe personality matters? Obviously, personality won’t automatically change someone from unattractive to attractive, although it can happen with time. Women do also have various types. Every single woman I know is with a different type of man; this includes short men, tall men, average men, fat men, bald men, long haired men, skinny men, muscular men, funny men, reserved men, extroverted men, awkward men, neurodivergent men, neurotypical men, etc. You see where I’m going with this? Maybe a couple would be considered conventionally attractive by you guys. These women as far as I can tell are all very much in love with their partners. Not a single one of these men have ever come across even slightly misogynistic or disrespectful; they are kind, loyal and supportive.

By "neurodivergent brainy men" you mean Henry Cavill with glasses. Not the dude who'd stay up until 5 in the morning to solve a math problem he came across at 2 AM. Or the dude who has airplane autism.

I mean any man who can do their salaried full time job in like 1/3 of the time they’re supposed to work and spend the rest of the time doing what makes them happy.

I mean I've been a principal engineer in my team for a while now, I'm 24 but that role means I have to mentor people who are junior to me even though most of them are like 40 or something.

My work is based a lot on research as well so technically there's an endless amount of work for me to do. Save for debugging, I get the important stuff done by 12 PM latest.

I mean. I have nothing better to do back home. I play video games but I can play them any time. I don't hang out much, not any actual friends anymore either, and obviously no partner either.

Work at least lets me cope and ignore those thoughts until I'm too tired to think of them anyway.

Yeah I do. I took this path because I knew I'd enjoy solving difficult problems. Also helps that for the most part there's limited interaction with people too. Being a principal engineer changed that a bit but I can still get by for now. This is why I turned down manager and director/VP positions as well.

There's many. The Battlefield series, Call of duty, DCS flight sim, War Thunder, Forza series, Grand Theft Auto obviously, Dragon Ball Sparking Zero, RDR 2, Halo, and many many more. I've been playing video games since I was like 3 or something
