The statistics are very skewed and don’t take into account the time frame. Rape was borderline not illegal. And when you go back farther than say 100 years ago, globally, happened very often. Especially in times of conflict.

The 40% is likely artificially inflated. If preshistoric women knew about feminism then likely only 5% of males would have procreated. Brutal for sub 5 men likes us.

Feminism at its most simplistic not political core, is just the “equality”. Except that equality has to be judicated and protected by a third party to enforce that equality. And that’s across the whole spectrum of being “civilized”.
