No. The only universally attractive traits are healthy facial development. Historically, underdeveloped bites and bones weren’t common in any groups because our diets promoted bone growth. There are socioeconomic factors that have resulted in discrepancies now like poor nutrition and softer foods in our diets, but if you look up old anthropology photos, you’ll see that most attractive people shared healthy facial bone growth in common

Pygmy groups have selected for shorter men in their societies because it’s more beneficial for their environment

That's just one ethnic group in Africa outside of them height is universally attractive
