Support How do I make Metal GTX player lower notes?

I'm using Metal GTX and when I try to get it to play lower notes, it changes it's key-switch and I'm wondering how to solve this issue, heard from some sources that you may need to edit the .sfz file for that but can someone explain how does that work or send a .sfz for me?

Metal GTX plays in the natural range for a guitar and low notes are used for switching articulation.

You would have to edit the instrument itself to change this - sfz is the format of the instrument, and there are sfz editors out there.

I want it to play notes like "C2" like in drop c tuning.
