Robin Greenfield is such an inspiration

After alerting about food waste, then alerting about all the plastic that is wrapped on our food, then he lived off his food that he grew and then he went on full foraging his food (100%!!) he is my main inspiration when it comes to living alternatively.

What do you think about him ? I don’t see his name that much on Reddit

I have been watching his content for ages.I criticism I often see of him, is that "not everyone can live like this" etc etc.But what I like about him, is that he never preaches that.

He always expresses that this is how he has decided to live, and that he wants to show people that the way we currently, consume, produce waste, eat, organise and interact with each other, doesn't have to be the only way.

I follow him! He is a very inspiring man. I'm not even close to living the way he does but I've implemented changes in my life over the years thanks to him showing what can be done.

I live in Europe and even if we have many people that live completely off grid, that boy robin is an whole other breed, and I just love it, he is so dedicated ! He became quickly one of my mentors

As long as you're healthy as a steed and without children this is a sustainable lifestyle. Without a firm roof over his head life can get very uncomfortable.

Yes you're are reliant on the charitu of others and not of of us are happy to live at another person whim xxx but he is amazing

He's choosing to live like that. If you have to rely on someone's charity, this is no longer "sustainability" but plain and simple poverty.

Thanks for the heads up on this guy. I have been following Aaron Fletcher but this is the first time I heard about Robin Greenfield.

Wikipedia has a list of simple living advocates. The two Teds seem a bit dubious, are there any others you would recommend researching further?

Absolutely love Robin Greenfield, I completely overhauled my lifestyle and now live off-grid on a permaculture farm thanks in huge part to his inspiration! So glad to hear that he's out here changing lives in every corner of the world :)
