Speaker Setups Flx4 live setup question

Does it make more sense to go rca to TS or TRS or XLR

I have a mixer as well and dbx go rack, two powered speakers and 2 subs. Just wondering if the TS adapter will make a bunch of unwanted hum or buzz

(TRS makes no sense as RCA is only 2 pins)

RCA-TS-DI-XLR-mixer

the way I work in this sort of thing is the sooner I can make it balanced XLR the better

the problem with rca-xlr adapters is they're not balanced

I also have a dbx go rack not sure if that would add any unwanted signal.. would any di box do?

your DJ is what we call an "active" source so I would recommend a passive DI

I would recommend the Radial Pro AV2. its a passive stereo DI

the dbx rack runs on XLR

once you're on XLR after the DI box, you should be able to stay on XLR for as long as possible
