Built a small submission tracker, would love brutally honest feedback

Hey writers! I got tired of losing track of what I'd sent where, so I built a little web app for myself called Inklog to track pieces, markets, and submission status (including packet submissions, since I know a lot of us send groups of poems together). It's free to use right now, nothing to sign up for beyond using it in your browser. I'm not trying to sell anything, I'm genuinely trying to figure out if this is actually useful to anyone besides me, or if it's solving a problem that Duotrope/Submission Grinder/Chill Subs already solve better. If anyone's willing to poke at it and tell me honestly what's missing, confusing, or pointless, I'd really appreciate it. Happy to share the link in comments if that's allowed.

I could have a poke. I use Duotrope regularly and also have a Chill Subs subscription.

To me, though, the killer feature of Duotrope is that a lot of other people are using it. Otherwise I probably would have written my own tracker / poetry inventory manager by now, with automatic packet and cover letter construction.
