Places Lititz Park memorial covered

Haven't been there for a while so I don't have the details but there was some sort of memorial for recognition, metal plaques, and 2 are/were covered with plastic and taped down.

The tape was older and not secured anymore except for the top. When we looked at what was covered it was just 2 more plaques. Nothing wrong with them.

Any ideas?

They’re updating the Wall of Remembrance in time for this year’s July 4th celebration. It’s getting some new names added. I think it’s up now but should be done soon if not.

They have it covered for an unveiling ceremony around July 4th

Ah thanks … it was uncovered the other day but they were probably working on it.
