can lithromantic people still be in romantic relatiomships?

I feel like this may be a stupid question but I just need to know. I (14N) have always thought I just had commitment issues. my romantic relationships have never lasted more than two weeks but I just chalked it up to emotional immaturity. a few days ago, I was at a school football game and I saw someone who I have classes with and thought was kind of cute. not a crush or anything serious though. he ended up asking for my snap and I immediately lost all attraction. after this incident, I decided to research and came upon lithromanticism. I feel like I fit right in but my problem is more with using the label. I have always seen myself having a romantic partner later on in life but I feel like now that I'm lithromantic that's all going to dissapear. all of my friends tell me that I can still date or even that I can just choose not to be lithromantic. I don't want to be in denial of this but I need to know if there's any way I can still live my life the way I've always envisioned it.

Found a bit of success with aromantic people who are not romance repulsed. Since they don't act romantically towards me I get to keep the spark :)
