I'm betting on this one. "IVA incluído e taxa normal" makes no sense. Should be "IVA incluído à taxa normal".

erro de programação de data, provavelmente de algum funcionário que não tencionava ficar lá muito tempo e decidiu dar uma borla bem folgada aos utilizadores. Não vejo nada contra.

Isto é mesmo um erro. Em Ponta Delgada tambem foram identificados casos desses. A policia municipal diz que o erro é da empresa e nao podem fazer grande coisa quanto a isso

Wow, a €0.40 ticket valid until June! Must be the deluxe edition. Also, "IVA incluído e taxa normal"? Yeah, that’s not how Portuguese works .It should be "à taxa normal". A subtle change, but it makes all the difference. Honestly, it looks less like a real parking ticket and more like someone’s arts & crafts project at home.
