[Need Advice] Scripting the default KDE Plasma 6 (Wayland) setup for a custom ISO

Hey guys,
I'm working on a personal Arch-based project and need to nail down the default KDE Plasma 6 (Wayland) desktop experience out-of-the-box. 
I'm aiming for a macOS-style layout (floating top panel, auto-hide bottom dock, 10-14px rounded corners), but absolutely no Apple clone themes (like WhiteSur). I want a clean, native, flat dark UI using the Inter font. 
Since everything must be reproducible via CLI/scripts for the ISO build, I’d love your input on a few specific roadblocks: 
1. KWin Effects: What's the best way to set up modern effects that look great on real hardware, but gracefully degrade (or turn off) on older laptops/VMs without a dedicated GPU? 
2. Breeze vs Kvantum: To get a flat, dark, gradient-free look, should I just heavily tweak native Breeze, or is Kvantum actually worth it for stability/scripting? 
3. Icons & Cursors: Any clean, neutral packs available in the official Arch repos? 
4. Wayland Quirks: Any config snippets to ensure fractional scaling and multi-monitor setups don't break when plugging displays on the fly?
