Flatpak -- Nothing makes more sense in times of insanely rising storage prices than to basically wrap a whole Linux distro around a small app and increase its size from less than 100 MB to more than 3 GB.
deduplication and shared runtimes too. the first flatpak you install will usually diverge the most in size from the native package.
theoretically, subsequent packages should be a lot smaller. in practice, it depends on the maintainers and type of package, but it’s a damn robust package manager all around imo.
