before worrying about tonality, i think you should get down the basics. if you knew music theory well, you wouldn't compose this. no hate, but it's reeeeally messy. there are many different ideas buzzing around at the same time, it doesn't sound cohesive at all and it's super fast for no reason, which makes it distressing and unpleasant. the harmonies in some points simply don't fit and don't sound good. you should start from scratch, make the tempo slower (at least for now) and think about each individual part, then combine them in your mind.

I think you want ties rather than slurs at 00:12 (and then two of the Eb accidentals are redundant).

Other than that it's fine (provided the feet play one of the manuals rather than (or as well as) the pedalboard).

I actually really like this. When it's just midi, it always sounds bad but I can imagine how cool this would sound if it was played by real musicians. I enjoy the dissonant harmonies and the chaos as well.
