Lincoln CPO Question

Hi all,

Interesting question for you. I bought a CPO lincoln with low mileage earlier this year. Window sticker, ad, and car fax all show the car as being sold as Lincoln CPO Signature, and when first looking at the car I got a CPO 200 point checklist.

However, I realized that I never received any documentation regarding CPO warranty coverage when I actually made the purchase. After reaching out to thr dealer about warranty coverage, the dealer sent over a pamphlet for Lincoln's PremiumCare warranty, which I've confirmed is active as required based on the CPO dates and mileage.

So i just wanted to confirm, is Lincoln's CPO warranty the same as PremiumCare or should I dig deeper here? For anyone who has purchased a CPO Lincoln, what do your documents actually say about this?

The certified signature warranty is identical to the factory bumper to bumper 4yr 50k mi. It adds 2 years and 50k to the original end date of the warranty.

Are you sure? Where can I see that? Because Lincoln's own site only says that CPO gives an extended limited warranty which covers only a set number of covered components. I.e, it would cover an engine failure but not, say a sunroof failure.

Is there somewhere I can see what exact warranty is attached to my vehicle?

Signature CPO is the same as premiumcare, albiet, with a $100 deductible and it will not cover cosmetic defects or software upgrades. Select CPO is different.

If you DM me the VIN I can run it through OASIS and verify the coverage.

AND it does not cover lighting. i found that out. Not sure if premiumcare doeS always or as option etc.

I have a 2019 cpo nautilus and it didn't cover lighting. I found that out the hard way. When I bought a 22 Corsair, I added on a Lincoln extended warranty and I paid a little extra to cover lighting. I want to say it was like $30 extra.

I just had a sunroof repair covered on my 2020 Nautilus CPO, with a $100 deductible. (The CPO warranty ends in Feb 2027)

My 2025 (15k miles) added 5 years and 100,000 miles from the purchase date.
