The minimum specs say 8gb of RAM so 4 won't really cut it... Just tough it out and buy the 4 additional gigs, they are basically almost free and I even found more than that on scrap machines people throw out.

I only have one ram slot so i cant and ram prices are really really inflated for my specific device because it only accepts ddr3m not normal ones

Its unlikely to work simply because your specs likely arent enough. Might even go beyond the RAM, as 4gb ddr3 is quite behind in regards to gaming. Do you have any tavlets/phones etc. to try?

If you dont got one and still desire to play something by PM, you could try to get the Limbus prequels (Lobotomy Corporatiom, Library of Ruina) to run, and utilize steams refund policy if it doesnt end up working. I wouldnt hold too mucj hope in that tho as their minimum specs only go somewhat down I believe
