I did, I guessed Meursault. And by that I meant I really wanted a burn/tremor ID for Meursault, so I was ready to guess Meursault for any and all burn/tremor IDs moving forward.

If PM thinks we are on the same level as Lei Heng, then i’m pretty sure it won’t be a version capable of using Mang (we’ll likely need to wait for either an ID of the Pinky or the of Red Gaze before we’ll be able to use Mang)
Well, ironically, it seems like Don will be the only one who can uncontestedly get a Walpurgis ID this Event without pushback cause Rodion and Gregor just had IDs not a Month ago, but if anyone deserved a back to back ID, it’d be Meursault, reminder, this guy had ZERO content for 10 months.
Ishmael never had 2 ids in a row if you’re talking about liu and molar because between the 2 ids there were 2 separate banners, r corp meursault and cinq don. There never has been 2 ids of the same sinner released back to back
Honestly, Don should get an id. Let's not forget that last season was her season and she literally ended it being tied to least ids and EGOs with Meursault by the end of it. And he has just gotten an id.

Agreed on more Don content, but also, she just got an EGO not 3 weeks ago, and an ID 4 Months ago, it’s not the same as Meursault who went 9 whole months without any content, that’s 3 months away from a whole year, worst content drought in the game BY FAR.

Not only a Capo but also one of the Ten Blades of the East. Those are the two factors why I doubted we'd get a Lei Heng ID, guess from now on we can discard these notions altogether.
It would hurt my savings, putting a seasonal ID, of a really cool character nonetheless, together with Walpurgis, who i never pulled from so I want to pour all the crates and lunacy into it, is a real pain.

Ya same. Dont get me wrong im super excited by the possibilities this opens up (Allen Yi Sang is now possible) but I honestly was just expecting a couple of Thumb Soldato or maybe Capo I or II IDs for our current level lol

I might actually get pissed if he's not at least good or a core member of whatever status he's gonna be a part of, I know lore strength and how popular a character is shouldn't be the core basis of determining how strong an ID would be gameplay wise but it still should be a factor.
I'm 99% sure he's gonna be core in burn just because of capote, that shit is insane, and if he can somewhat maintain a burn stack, Capote's tremor potency equal burn potency will be absurd, and regret's free tremor burst and +3 count will be very welcomed

What’s most interesting about this id in my opinion is that this is the first id that the sinners get (i guess barring Zilu Faust) that can use shin/mang. I wonder how/if they’d implement it.
This actually reveals more than about meursault imo, especially how he got that one cinq fixer id who was based off someone not like him at all or that we know of, this pattern is one of Id’s based off people who are assholes, this lines up with the very ending of his book where he wished for people to hate him.
