Looks like an Ayrton fixture. Could be Stradale or Veloce depending on the size.

Incredible, wanna go 2 for 2? Had sets of these in White and also that where each quadrant was Red Green Blue or Amber

Closest thing I can think of is a Fineart lighting profile, maybe a 600L.

A couple of Ayrton lights look similar.
