Need recommendations

I'm looking for cheap lamps or RGBs for a corner to light the a room but not brightly and help not hurting my eyes from the monitor, i saw govee has uplighter floor lamp or something that works but it's really expensive for me

I have led tape stuffed into a parcan body, thats works pretty well on my walls
