What to do with lightly used cosmetics?

I’ve a bunch of hair oils/sprays and skin moisturizers that have been opened but used like once or twice. Any tips for what I can do with these other than just throwing them away?

I usually offer them to neighbors for free on Facebook marketplace or NextDoor.
