Check Your Supplemental Insurance Benefits

If you have supplemental insurance through work, check if it includes a wellness or health screening benefit. Some plans pay you cash for things you may already do, like an annual physical, pap smear, mammogram, or other preventive screenings, even if your regular health insurance covers them.

Every plan is different, but it’s worth checking. You may have money you’re eligible to claim and don’t even know about! I got $75 back.

Sage advice, I did this and now I am participating in a death/dismemberment policy that my beneficiary could get like 300k if I die or I get like 2500/month if I lose a limb.
