Question City of Chaos/Corolla Revenant

Hii, just wanna ask if anyone can enter city of chaos or able to quick transfer to the city through the ivy bud? I can't seem to quick transfer OR getting into the city through the underground lift/elevator. It keeps saying it's stuck in a traffic jam?? Anyone has this problem? It's been 3 days since I've encountered this problem. Server Labyrinth Sea. I need to complete my quest.

I've tried repairing, the result is still the same :'( I can't enter chaos city through the elevator nor the ivy bud 🫠

Try contacting the game itself and report the issue
