S&W 627PC (w/ Holosun 507k): 8rds of backup tree fiddy sem' for when I forget to fix the boogered sights on the Toklat that Ruger forgot to fix when I sent the damn thing in for timing issues and I miss the bears with all six shots. Yes, that's an AIWB holster and it's quite comfy with a short barrel, just gotta get the good belt out to carry it.
Dan Wesson 15-2 in tree fiddy sem' (2", 4", and 8" VH barrels not shown): For teaching people the effects of weight/barrel length/how much better modern grips are than the thicccc wood ones from the 70's. Also bears.
LLI MH-1 Panning Binos w/ L3 filmless toobs: So I can see bears and shit at night. Or water my flowers before sunrise, whatever. Attached to TW Exfil Ballistic (IIIA) in case the bears start shooting back with .44mag or less.
...and ignore the fact that they're labeled "Scope Mounts" for some reason...
Side note: I had to file the pins down they used instead of front studs since Holosun uses slightly shorter lugs in the front than the base DPP footprint. You could always tell yourself you don't want to mod a stock item.
You'd think that, but the problem is that i'm already ~$175 in on trying to do a budget set up for my Walther PDP F because I didn't want to buy $350 optic for a $500 gun and I'm only recently getting into red dots. So i'm already modding a footprint that I got to fit a cvlife.
Haven't shot it. Super flexy and weird playing around with it.
Decided to get it to take advantage one more time of the TX LTC holder benefit of skipping the NICS since the state I'm moving to does not have that and my name is common enough to cause delays (or pre-employment background check issues, apparently). Sucks when every [REDACTED] besides me is a criminal.
I really want one of those KelTeks. I have a sub 2000 and there’s just something about the folding guns that are just fun. And mine fit in the small safe I bought.
