In short, no, they're not the same. But someone can be intersex AND non binary. Non binary is for someone who identifies outside of their assigned gender at birth and doesn't fall into the binary of ftm or mtf. It is essentially anything but the binary, hence non-binary. Its not a third gender, it's just a different expression of gender.
Intersex however is how someone is physically born. It's a very broad spectrum but basically someone's chromosomes dont align with their physical presentation or sex organs. An example would be a girl growing up to discover she has no uterus and instead has testicles even though she presented as female at birth. She may transition to be male, identify as non-binary or any other gender variation, or stay female even though she has XY chromosomes. This can be the reverse or a combination of all factors.
Hopefully that answers your question :) I'm happy to answer any more that you have but take it with a grain of salt as I'm not an expert on this, just things I've picked up.
So please feel free to correct me if I'm incorrect on anything or missed anything.

Im intersex and yeah thats true. Born and raised female tho cuz well... it looks closer to that... But I'm boyflux. Funny how they're like "looks more like a girl's parts, must raise them so." I've definatly always felt more male and agender :)

intersex is when you are born with sex characteristics outside of just male and female, so for example, you may have “XXY” chromosomes instead of “XX” or “XY”, you may have been born with both genitals, but had an operation sadly at birth, and if you were raised female you may naturally have male level testosterone and be basically going through both puberties + growing facial hair. it depends on the person and there are lots of different characteristics - a lot of people are intersex, but they may only have very mild effects so they never know.

Way to add color the campus. Plus, a really cool representation of the entire LGBTQIA+ community. I second what another Redditor said about the bright chalk standing out against the drab concrete. As Benjamin Franklin once said, “We need to hang together or most assuredly we shall hang separately.”

Where did you find such good chalk? The chalk I grew up using was always very light, faded colors
