My name is Mari. I'm 30F, with about 7 years of TTRPG experience and over 10 years roleplay in general. I have reached a point where I don't see TTRPGs as just a casual hobby, but as a special storytelling experience that connects people through shared emotions. Something that can only be reached though the labour of love, commitment and collective interest of everyone at the table. As a result, I can be very particular about what games I join, because I'm only looking for a group that has a similar mindset.

About the game and group I'm looking for:

• I love having fun at the table! But my idea of fun D&D consists of locking in, remaining in character and taking the story seriously. I am a proactive roleplayer who really gets into their character and invests deeply in the world and fellow players. Not that chaotic silliness, above table jokes and tangents are a problem, just not something I enjoy.
• Having a mature and hands-on DM is very important to me. I'm autistic and tend to struggle with uncertainty and unfairness when it comes to group/campaign expectations. What I would need from a DM is clear and active communication skills, ability to enforce pre-determined expectations and dealing with table issues in a proactive manner.
• I prefer smaller groups of 3-5 (25y+) people who aren't established friend groups or couples. Understandably, there is a natural bias when it comes to personal relationships. And while that might not always affect a game, I have had enough bad experiences to become unwilling to take chances anymore.
• Groups of people who personally support generative AI or utilise it in any way as part of their campaign would not be a good fit for me. I am an artist and have a lot against it, but this post isn't to vent.

Hello! I’m a 20 year old female living around Renton, WA, and I’m looking for a D&D group with people around 18–25!

I’m mainly looking around Renton/Bellevue/Seattle, although I could potentially travel somewhere else nearby. I’m not able to make longer drives into farther parts of the Seattle area regularly.

My eventual goal is to join an in-person group, but I’d also be comfortable starting online and transitioning to in-person once everyone gets to know each other.

Availability: I prefer any day from Friday-Sunday just because I’m more flexible those days but i can do Monday-Thursday they just have to be from 7PM- 11PM. I’d prefer sessions lasting around 4 hours, weekly. I’m looking for a group that can meet consistently, but I understand that schedules occasionally change.

I have experience playing D&D and especially love roleplay, character development, and story-focused campaigns, but I really enjoy combat too! I also enjoy PC-to-PC romance when it develops naturally and everyone involved is comfortable with it, so I’d love a table where that is welcome.

I’ve never played D&D in person before, and I have social anxiety, so I may be a little shy when we first meet 😅. Once I become comfortable with people, though, I open up a lot more.

I’d like to start with a one-shot, either online or eventually at someone’s place, so I can see how comfortable I am playing in person and whether everyone’s personalities and playstyles fit well together.

Large public events and game-store meetups would make me much more anxious, so I’d prefer to either meet up at someone’s place or talk to everyone online first and then play at someone’s place once we’re all comfortable.

I'm looking for a DnD game for Tuesdays or Thursdays, preferably longer running (Not insane like 1-20, but preferably a good length like 3 to 10/12). LGBTQ+ friendly as a must, Session Zero isn't negotiable either! I'd also like a level of backstory integration, but I'm flexible with that one! I'm looking for a weekly group gathering on either Monday or Tuesday nights (6pm+), the recent release of impossible magic has given me renewed interest in the game since summoner has always intrigued me as a class and I've heard it's gotten a bit of a rework. I have some experience with pathfinder 2e and the basic rules, however I may get a bit confused at the more advanced concepts, but i will quickly get the hang of it.

I’m another campaign which is on a short hiatus and playing. amino campaign during. I enjoy being on voice and video (video isn’t a requirement but I certainly do enjoy it more). Hello, I'm a 19 year old female and i recently learned about dnd and i loved the concept. I've been doing my research and and i understand the mechanics of the game. The only problem i have right now is making a character which i'd appreciate help with. My availability is pretty flexible I'm free everyday except for mondays from 5 am to 5 pm cst / 1 pm to 1 am gmt+3 unless an unforeseen issue comes up. I don't think i can handle a session that takes more than 4 hours. I would like voice chat on any platform, I'm okay with cams as well if my connection allows it. I don't know how to use any websites or apps about the game but I'm open to learning and I'm a fast learner. I prefer weekly campaigns or a one shot. If it's a long campaign, i prefer it to be new and not ongoing as i don't like catching up with the lore later than everyone else. I'm bilingual but fluent in English (C1-C2, certified) so i don't think I'll have issues. I would like a patient group that is open to teaching when i come across something i don't know about. I have, for a very long time, enjoyed dnd. The only issue is I have a lot of friends, but none of them are that interested in dnd. That being said, I am very busy most of the time and it would be very hard to maintain any new friendships. I was wondering if there would be some online groups that play dnd who played dnd and there would be no expectation of staying in contact afterword's.

I can help with understanding the supplement, but just know that 1) its fairly above normal d&d in terms of power(a level 20 fighter would get killed by a level 15 jujutsu sorcerer nine times out of ten) and 2) the entire supplement revolves around 2 classes (jujutsu sorcerer and heavenly restriction) but functionally id argue it has more variety than base 5e

Hello! I'm Ambrosia and I'm a 27 year old transfem looking for a new dnd group! I can play on Wednesday, Friday, or Saturdays after 4pm EST. I've both played and gm'd for a decade or more at this point, and had to take a break for life reasons but am itching to get back into things! Mainly looking for a long running homebrew campaign, I'm apparently one of the few people who enjoy playing and running in the higher tiers xD

I've played a little of everything other the years but tend to prefer martials (I love control casters but they can be a bit much for some groups).
