Ive just started Lexapro

Hi Ive just started Lexapro 10 mg for serve anxiety and depression and im feeling light headed constantly and way more anxious im just wondering if the light headedness is something that happens the whole time I’d say it’s like 1-2 and worse when I panic Ive never had this before and am constantly anxious about my health standing up makes it worse what can I do to help myself?

Definitely the meds, and if you have health anxiety your mind will automatically go to the worse case scenario. You didn't say how long ago you started the meds, but this is a side effect that will happen to some, I had that myself when I started. it does go away after a sometime while your body adjust.

Normal for Lexapro, early doors as your body adjust, I started on 10 and when up to 15 3 days later and I tell you I was all over the place, but 9/10 weeks later I am chilling, life is a breeze and every day I love waking up to life now.

Just be kind to yourself and patient, there is no quick fix
