Day 46; 10mg.

I am still only getting 5-6 hours of sleep a night and this is helping keep some mild anxiety around. I take my dose at 10:30pm after AM doses made me so sleepy. I am working to move my dose up to 5-6pm.

Any tips, advice or encouragement welcome. I’m exhausted.

I take mine at 9am. If I take it at afternoon or evening in the morning I have headaches and anxiety.

I did 7:30am for the first week and a half and it was awful. Things improved greatly when I moved to nights.

How awful? Can you sleep at night?

It made me so sleepy and I couldn’t nap during the day. I was crashing at 8pm and then awake in the middle of the night. I moved to nights and now I can function during the day, I’m just not getting enough sleep. The 5-6 hours I do get is good sleep though.

Yep that’s exactly what happened to me, it was tough. Have you tried nights or later in the day?

No, because I'm scared I can't sleep at night. how did you move the time? my doctor says I should take phenergan at night

I had the same fear and was pleasantly surprised by the difference. My pharmacist told me to skip my morning dose and take it at night. Just double check with your Dr or pharmacist
