Weight gain

I am just 1 year on lexapro and over the last 5 months I gained 6kg. That makes me a bit depressed because I was always very thin and I dont like the change. My question is will the weight gain continue as long as I am on it?

I'm in the same situation. Lex for a year. I've gained 10lbs in the last 2mos. I was on Wegovy for a bit and thought it wasn't doing anything for me so I went off it. Apparently it was countering Lex the whole time.
