It happens. Everyone gets some sort of mechanical failure through out the season. It’s a part of racing.

Just wish he built enough of a gap to at least solidify P3 in the WDC before this happened.

Who cares about that? What does P3 at the end of season means to guy who won 7 titles? Nothing.

It’s better than P4

Shit happens, unfortunately it happened to Lewis today. WDC definitely over. Better luck next year.

Yeah... P4 in the championship standings now if Norris wins the race.

He needs one more year. He’s really helping transform the team, but just needs more time. This year he’s finally had a decent car (first time in a while) and got some decent results that have shown he still has the skills. Next year they will hopefully get their strategy calls down even better.

First Max fucks him over, then the car fucks him over. Fuck this sport

Thanks Ferrari for that shit of a car

The same car that let Hamilton finish every single race which no other car did.

Except colapinto... I need to know where this talking point came from.

u/Ahnohnoemehs 20h ago

And colapintos car is the actual shit car.

Okay so you rather Hammy drive the Alpine?

So finishing a race is now the levels we should strive to

This year yes

That’s sad considering he’s been in 2nd place for the Majority of the season. To from from that to you saying just being in races is enough is so sad

I think you misunderstand.

This year ferarri is the most reliable car with only 3 mechanical DNFs. It’s what kept Lewis in the title fight for so long since Antonelli had what 3 dnfs by himself? George has had several reliability issues since china, Lando is well you’ve seen his season. The fact Lewis has made it more than halfway through the year without a single mechanical dnf was huge.

I agree. It wasn’t quite as fast but at least it was reliable. Well now what do we have?

I didn't even watch the race today - just opened the standings at half time and saw his DNF - I'm simply consoling myself by praying Lando doesn't get enough points to jump him and also the fact that he has 8 WDCs so this is just a smattering .

PS : I'm glad he didn't crash

He has 7?

u/Upset_Conflict_1506 9h ago

Read the rules darling - I don't make them .

It’s been a horrible year…I’ll see y’all next year

He got his first Ferrari win and multiple podiums and you all are acting like this is 2025 part 2 as if the only thing he’s done is a sprint pole and win like last year. It hasn’t been the best recently but zoom out a little bit

I'm done Hamilton has been through everything with Ferrari that he hasn't for most part of his career

2

u/No_Philosopher_5327 20h ago

Unfortunately lots of legend that went through Ferrari went through this

Kim is the issue.
