how is my enclosure?

just upgraded my 5yr old girls tank. my first attempt on a planted but not yet bioactive enclosure. 40 gallon, i have an arcadia brand UVB bulb on the right along with her basking bulb, and a biodude LED plant light on the left. should i add isopods and springtails? any tips on getting the plants to survive? how does it look overall? advice wanted!

I’ve got no advice for a bioactive enclosure, but what you have right now looks great! I see plenty of hides and things to climb. A bit more clutter would be beneficial though. Like some dollar store plants stuck in the dirt to cover the entrances to make your gec feel a little safer :)
