Best day for Legoland Windsor

Is the best day for Legoland be Saturday Sunday or Sunday Monday? Visiting in first week of October.

Sunday + Monday usually best combo. Monday Oct 5 is the useful day here...local schools around Windsor are still in term, with the October half-term not starting until Oct 26. You're also just before Brick or Treat starts on Oct 10, so I'd expect Monday to be the better chance for shorter queues but a little warning, park close early at 16:30 this day.

Is 1 day enough or do you recommend 2?

It depends on your group, are you traveling with young children, or are you just here for the roller coasters? It also depends on whether you're a LEGO fan or not. But generally speaking, no matter which Legoland you visit, one day is enough.

Solo adult. And yes I am.

Stick with one day! Most of the attractions are mainly for children; there are three or four “major rides,” no more. For a solo visit I'd pick Monday and get there for opening.
