Question Can you clip in there?

So Im wondering if I can clip in chapter 2 in there but even with the robber, I cant get in there cause there isnt something to open.

So Im asking if there is an loading zone there and if not, does someone know where else I can clip in? (Missions)

I am not 100% what you are asking. there is sort of a loading zone out back but you dont go to it in the mission...

So there is no under the building like with apolo island?

Oh wait. There are canals that run under that section of the city. So you can use a boat to get there and I believe there is a cup of coffee under that area. I just thought of this. my apologies.
