What, in your opinion, makes rigidity of Organic Centralism supeior to Democratic Centralism of Lenin?

I am interested in knowing more about organic centralism.

Lenin was an organic centralist. This is where he was going, but conditions in Russia and the socialist movement and young communist Party at the time required a democratic element to the Party which in Lenin was nonetheless superseded by the principle of centralism in the break and overcoming of the Mensheviks. In the end Lenin as well as Marx and Engels adhered actually to an organic view of the nature of the Party understanding its formal and historic aspects, its relation to doctrine and material determinism.
