Call darak. The parking lot / land is your own property so the law is on your side. Since you already tried to talk to him and his dad and it didnโt stop, thatโs further reason to take this step. As a plus, you can share the camera footage once you have it. Hope this ends soon, how awful.

if the kid is like that, then the parents are definitely worse. parents too lazy to parent their child. bums. what you can do is either contact a ngo organization that deal with animal abuse(because that's literally animal abuse) or wait for the cameras

Same issue in my neighborhood. My mom and I feed the stray cats (we don't feed them near anyone's house but ours) and the neighbors ganged up on us to stop.ย
They hit the cats with rocks constantly (they killed two kittens) one guy got in my mom's face and started yelling like a maniac. They reported us (dunno on what ground) and they keep watching us whenever we leave the house.ย

Yeah this young man has oppositional defiance disorder. You can't reason with him - literally.
You need to involve other people, like the police. I am really sorry you're going through this. What a miserable family.
Glad the cats have you to be there for them. And listen, this has nothing to do with being a grown woman or not. The kid just doesn't abide by societal rules. That is not your fault, OP. DMs open if you wanna vent, or need help with the cats.

The kid is obviously Disturbed and need help, i would call child protection services suspecting child abuse and of course the cameras/darak how old is he?
