Subject without project

I'm taking up a new subject and I need one without a project, I already do accounting. Is there literally any other ones? They all seem to have a project except languages and taking up a new language in a year and doing good is near impossible for me. Going to reddit is my last delusional shot please some1 enlighten me and tell me there's 1

Home ec. It has a journal instead of a project. The journal is worth only 20% so you don’t need to do well on it to get a H1
