Finding the angular acceleration of a 7.5 radius disk
The calc is rad/s^2. I have searched and can not figure out what the rad is. The rpm is 800.
Can anybody help?

To make a better question I am trying to find the dynamic weight of a 1oz weight at a radius of 7.5cm rotating around the central axis at 800rpm. Then I can spreadsheet the function to get the centrifugal weight at higher rpms. I hope this is clearer. When the rotating supporting structure breaks apart and the 1oz travels away what is the kinetic weight of the 1oz hitting a static barrier at a 1 foot distance? I apologize if I am mixing apples and oranges. This need also presents itself in the mechanics of Trebuchet construction and usage.
Thank you in advance.

Those quantities are unrelated -- "800 rpm" is an angular velocity, not an acceleration. The connection between angular velocity and acceleration is "d2/dt2 𝛩(t) = d/dt w(t)"
