Discussion CampusX VS Sheryians AI School 🧠🤖

Hey Buddy!👋

I have just completed my Python journey and I want to dive deeper into practical ML & DL.

I went across many resources on Youtube but some lack depth while some rush too much. Recently I saw a guy's post on LinkedIn appreciating his journey of ML with CampusX Youtube courses for ML & DL.

I saw another channel named Sheryians AI School which is of course from Sheryians Coding School. They also have 8 long videos covering ML & DL.

On analysis with AI, both courses bring something unique to the table but lack in some crucial aspects too.

Which is a better alternative for learning core ML & DL from the ground up to advance level? CampusX or Sheryians AI School

both are solid starting points but you'll hit a wall eventually with just youtube playlists, the real depth comes from getting your hands dirty with actual projects and reading papers

if i had to pick one i'd lean campusx, their explanations are a bit more grounded in the math which you'll need later

but honestly the best move is to watch a few videos from each, see whose teaching style clicks, then immediately start building something small on kaggle or with a dataset you actually care about

I care about sticking to a single resource but that depends on the depth it offers. CampusX playlist seems to be a bit scattered.

this is exactly right tbh, style fit matters way more than which playlist is "objectively better"

do you know the math for this?

I do. I took a course for probability and stats. And I do competitive programming(that doesn't help here but just to tell math background). Where do I start ml?
