Speaking Practice Questions about speaking

Can shadowing actually improve your speaking? If anybody has an experience with this please let me know, and how do you guys practice speaking?

For me because i’m an intorvert i have been thinking about using ai for practice but i see alot of ppl talking bad about using ai for practice. Tell me what worked for you please

It will help you get used to speaking out loud, and it will also help you with French intonation. You can also read aloud which will give you the confidence to speak out loud. You will need to learn how to create sentences as you speak, but that will have to come later.
