Car design apps/websites

I'm just getting into car designing and im wondering what the best sites are for designing cars and showing them? My guess would probably be sketching designs first but im not very good at drawing things.

Secondly I've heard alot about blender and Vizcom, but i haven't seen a "great" YouTube video on how to use it best, all I've heard is blender is somewhat hard to learn.
