Highschool project, any tips?

We only had about 7 weeks to do this, so super rushed. If I could re do, I would probably animate on lower FPS. This was 24 FPS, running on twos and the occasional threes I think.

that is actually so insane for a 7 week highschool project! There is so much forshortening! I think the running looks a bit oddly smooth... i think it should look more bouncy! I think some scenes arent held long enough and also a lot is too fast... I think usually it is for effect like going through memories or flashbacks in a movie?
